WC’s Presidential Luncheon scheduled for Tuesday
Weatherford College President Tod Allen Farmer will host his annual Presidential Luncheon
on Tuesday, Sept. 17, in the Alkek Fine Arts Center.
“The Coyote” radio station will be on hand for a remote broadcast beginning at 11:15 a.m. The WC Jazz Orchestra will provide music starting at 11:30 a.m. with the program slated to begin at 11:45 a.m. Reagan Davis, a WC fine arts student, will perform “Sir Duke” with the orchestra. WC’s Melissa Butler will serve as the event emcee.
Farmer’s address will include updates on the exciting progress of the college, as well as a sneak peek at some of the college’s future plans and a few awards.
Following the brief address, a complimentary lunch will be provided in the Alkek’s Texas Hall.
Community members are invited to attend with a reserved parking lot just east of the Alkek Center.
